Id like to remind you that we use the light glass composite to produce payolas transoms and the benches.
It conquers the traditional ply wood which is used for the same purposes.
- Glass composite which is used for production payolas benches and transoms is lighter and more durable than the ply wood.
It is not decompose neither absorbs moisture.
That means it is not swell nor it deform. The main construction feature of our payolas is that it is reliable to as semble and disassemble them in the totally inflated boat! This is significantly make it easy to put the boat into the water and most important is to wash the boat after use! Since it is not necessary to let the air out of the boat while taking out the payolas! Now I will demonstrate how to assemble the payolas in our boat.
Take a look that the side balloons are fully inflated up to the recommended pressure of 025 bar.

It is also available to pump it full up and install the payolas but it is still better first to install the floor and then completely to inflate the bow up to 025 bar as well. Now we install all the segments of payolas in the boat.
This is time to make them immobile.

Not everyone liked it because it could be loosen while use especially when the kilson pressure of 04 bar was not set well.
The construction changes have fallen on this exact part! We made it more firm and simple.
Now the stern payola is fixed with the special bolt with the support which can be screwed into the transom.
This solution is much reliable! Screw the bolt into the transom our floor is immobile! To disassemble the boat we unscrew the holders and remove the bow payola.
Not to lose the holder we recommend just after the removing the bow payola to screw the holder back to the transom.
Why is it such a good way to fix? First of all it is very simple and reliable in use.
Also it is easy to replace in case of loss or breakage.
After all everything is disassembled as usual by gradually removing all the sections of payolas and stringers.
