Review: The Student Hotel Den Haag The Hague The Netherlands - March 2020: .
Ive just added a new film to my Tourism: The Netherlands playlist here: of a review of The Student Hotel in Den Haag The Hague in The Netherlands. The Student Hotel is located a short 3-4 minute walk from Den Haag HS railway station.
The hotel seems to be built in what was formerly blocks of residential and retail units.
It is a very large site with more than one accommodation blocks as well as many communal facilities including a bar gym restaurant TV watching areas laundry table tennis tables piano area and many tables that can be used as metting social study areas.
The mission of The Student Hotel is to create boundary-blurring spaces where students travellers mobile professionals creative nomads and enterprising minds can connect and thrive in smart design co-living and co-working spaces.
Two of us stayed in a king-sized bedroom for 4 nights on a room only basis which cost 332.60.
The room was large and comfortable with plenty of storage space.
There were ample plug sockets for charging up devices a safe coffee machine hairdryer complimentary dutch waffles and Pipers crisps and a free condom! The bathroom was compact the shower required a very small step up but all was fine although a grab handle would have been useful.
The hotel has a very vibrant image and despite the student tag there were plenty of non-students staying there.
I really enjoyed my time at this hotel and would definitely stay here again in future I will also look out for this hotel brand again in future.
Den Haag is a city on the western coast of the Netherlands on the North Sea and the capital of the province of South Holland.
It is also the seat of government of the Netherlands and hosts the International Court of Justice one of the most important courts in the world.
