Installation of PVC 3D wall panel

These 3D wall panels are made by 3d Wall Concepts from Bamboo fibres reinforced with PVC coating.

Make sure the surface area of the wall is smooth flat dry and clean. 2.
Plan your design.
Measure and mark vertically horizontally the area of installation. 3.
Depending if the wall has two closed sides start working from the bottomtop middle of the wall to both sides.
If the wall only has one closed side then start from the open side corner towards the end of the wall Cuts should be on the closed end of the wall. 4.
Using a caulking gun apply the LePage Paneling Moulding Instant Grab Adhesive along all the contact points on the back of the panels.
Be sure to apply adhesive along the back edges of the panels.
TIP Do not apply too much adhesive along the edges as it will bleed out when applied to the wall. 5.
Be sure to Level the first panel that has been applied to the wall.
This will ensure the panels and seams will lineup nicely.
The rest of the panels should lineup as long as the first panel is level. 6.
Press the panels along all corners and edges to adjoin to the surface of the wall.

Using a plastic putty knife wipe away any adhesive that has bled out after the application of each panel. The 3D panels can be cut with a Utility Knife Jigsaw andor Table Saw.
Table saw recommended. To fill any possible seam spacing we recommend using Alex Plus Acyclic Latex Caulking before any painting of the panels.
After installation panels can be painted with a brush or sprayer.
First apply seal primer and then a water based paint. Email.
